Marca Anconetana che, sulla base delle competenze conferitegli dall’art.8
della Legge Regionale 9/2006, ha commissionato all’agenzia vincitrice,
la Marchingegno, la realizzazione della cartellonistica e dei gadget
corrispondenti (locandine, depliant e t-shirt e grembiuli da distribuire
agli operatori turistici locali) in linea con l’immagine della campagna
(e, dunque, con il pesce), oltre ad una clip video sul significato
e l’importanza dell’accoglienza turistica.

Diez consejos para eco-turistas
Con mucha gente empezando a planificar sus vacaciones anuales, UICN
ha publicado una lista de diez consejos fundamentales para los turistas
que quieran visitar algunos de los lugares naturales más bellos
del mundo sin poner en riesgo el medioambiente. Los consejos van
desde la elección de eco-hoteles y de ser consciente de la huella
de carbono hasta evitar comprar reglaos hechos de especies en peligro
de extinción y asegurar que lo que comemos no esté en peligro.

Sacando lo mejor del estatus de Patrimonio Mundial – Edimburgo (Escocia)
El acontecimiento, a cargo del Edinburgh Tourism Action Group y
Edinburgh Patrimonio Mundial, estaba destinado a ofrecer a los negocios
información sobre cómo usar el patrimonio construido y único de
la ciudad como herramienta de promoción de la misma, y sobre cómo
mejorar la calidad de la experiencia del visitante.
Las encuestas a los visitantes confirmaron fehacientemente que el
patrimonio construido de Edimburgo es la mayor baza para los turistas.
Alrededor de un 71% de los visitantes afirman que la historia de
la ciudad tuvo que ver en la decisión de visitarla, y un 82% encontró
que la arquitectura de la misma fue uno de los aspectos más impresionantes
d esu visita. Las encuestas a cargo de TripAdvisor han servido para
reforzar tales afirmaciones, haciendo que Edimburgo ocupe el lugar
de Sitio Patrimonio Mundial más recomendado en Reino Unido, y el
quinto puesto en los lugares más altamente recomendados de todo
el mundo.
Para ayudar a desarrollar este potencial, se pidió a los delegados
que consideraran el uso de pistas o detalles de la historia de su
propia construcción a la hora de promocionar el material, para promover
auténticas joyas ocultas o para utilizar las noticias de Patrimonio
Mundial en medios sociales o lo que está en los listados.

Yellow River Hotel / Sunlay Design - Jungar Banner - Mongolia
Yellow River Hotel of Jungar Banner, Mongolia by Sunlay Design is
a symbol of the unique environment within which it is located. Situated
between an endless desert and a lush river the architects used this
contradiction to develop a distinct geometric form that is an icon
of a rock emerging from the sand and weathered by the elements.
The building mass is both above and below ground and posed many
challenges in dealing with the relationship between the architecture
and the environment.

Czech Town Offers History, Castle, Beer and Bears - Cesky
Krumlov - Czech Republic
Centuries of history have earned this Czech town a designation as
a UNESCO World Heritage site. It's a Bohemian beauty, tucked into
a horseshoe bend on the Vltava River, with interesting architecture,
an enormous castle and a nearby national park.
But here's something Cesky Krumlov has that you don't find in most
historic cities: live bears in the dry moat surrounding the castle.

The Tourist Board of the Provincial Council of Granada decided to
renew the image of its office. In the previous distribution, storage
area consumed half of the floor space and customer service area
was reduced to a minimum. Natural light was in the background and
the courtyards of the building blinded and forgotten.

Visitor Center in Hengshan Temple / Latitude Studio - Datong - China
The visitor center in Hengshan Temple, designed by Latitude Studio,
aims to promote tourism in the historical-rural area of Southwest
Datong, China. The project hopes to respect the ancestral history
of the site while providing a modern architecture from which to
appreciate the history of China.
The Hengshan Temple is a monument of the Wei Dynasty (386-534 AD)
and holds strong traditional and ancestral ties to the site. The
site is also characterized by a dam which is going to promote an
aquatic recreation area for visitors to the site.

Il nuovo Codice del Turismo - Italy
Approvato in via definitiva il 5 maggio scorso, il nuovo Codice
del Turismo firmato Michela Vittoria Brambilla si appresta ora a
diventare legge.
Dopo le numerose critiche sollevate al Codice da parte di guide
turistiche e Associazioni di Categoria lo scorso novembre, il testo
sembra ora aver appianato alcune polemiche, facendone però emergere
delle altre.
Le novità introdotte si propongono di riordinare le norme già presenti
nel precedente Codice del Consumo, introducendo di fatto una riforma
del settore da anni auspicata e solo di recente formalizzata.
Il primo punto affrontato riguarda la tutela del turista: al danno
materiale riconosciuto alla persona, viene infatti aggiunto il danno
morale dovuto all’irripetibilità dell’occasione perduta e per il
quale verrà previsto un risarcimento economico.

One of the Most Significant Archaeological Sites on Easter Island
Gets New Visitor Center - Easter Island - Chile
World Monuments Fund (WMF), American Express, and the Corporación
Nacional Forestal de Chile (CONAF) celebrated the completion of
a sustainable visitor reception center on Easter Island in Chile
on May 13th.
The new visitor center, the Centro de Recepción de Visitantes de
la Aldea Ceremonial de Orongo, is located at the entrance to the
Orongo Ceremonial Village, one of the most significant archaeological
sites in Rapa Nui National Park and the most visited place on Easter
Island. Severely impacted by increasing numbers of tourists each
year, Orongo has been the focus of an intensive conservation and
interpretive program supported by WMF and American Express since
2001. The visitor center is the last component of this program and
serves as an introduction to the national park, providing information
and educational materials for visitors as well as helping to monitor
and manage visitation to the site.

The Museum of Ocean and Surf (Cité de l’Océan et du Surf) explores
both surf and sea and their role upon our leisure, science and ecology.
The design by Steven Holl Architects in collaboration with Solange
Fabiao is the winning scheme from an international competition that
included the offices of Enric Miralles/Benedetta Tagliabue, Brochet
Lajus Pueyo, Bernard Tschumi and Jean-Michel Willmotte.
The Museum of Ocean and Surf will open to the public this coming

estereoscópico (o Estereodocumental) de la plataforma Tur3D. Se
trata de una pieza en formato Internet, de unos 6 minutos; que muestra

Tur3D: La Lonja de la Seda es el primero de muchos documentales

Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary - Kerala (India)
Cuddled up in the southeast corner of the Western Ghats, the Neyyar
Wildlife Sanctuary is a colourful canvas of exotic flora and thriving
fauna. The sanctuary set up in 1958 is 12,000 hectares in area with
rich vegetation and is one of the most frequented and beautiful
wildlife sanctuaries in Kerala. The sanctuary is in the drainage
basin of the Neyyar River and its tributaries - Mullayar and Kallar.
The intrinsic beauty of the sanctuary is further augmented by the
Agasthyamalai and Neyyar Reservoir. The fascinating Agasthyarkoodam
peak here has an elevation of 1,890 metres and the beautiful Neyyar

Historic Thalassery - Kerala (India)

de la UNESCO
La UNESCO y las ediciones de HarperCollins se complacen en anunciar
la creación de la primera aplicación mundial para el iPhone y iPad,
dedicada a los sitios del Patrimonio Mundial.
Esta aplicación aprobada por la UNESCO proporciona una guía de los
911 sitios inscritos en la Lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO,
incluidos los 21 nuevos sitios inscritos en julio de 2010, como
los bosques lluviosos de Atsinanana en Madagascar y el Papahanaumokuakea
