Papers

The book of full papers (Seminar Proceedings) should be published by Hanoi Architecture University ( HAU, Viet Nam) and Hanoi People's Committee (HPC) in the coming months. The Rector of Hanoi Architecture University (HAU) and Hanoi People's Committee (HPC) agreed with UNESCO WHC prior to the 2009 Hanoi Seminar that the Seminar proceedings would be published within a one-year period after the Seminar.

These proceedings will be published either as a CD-Rom or as a hard copy, depending on the available resources of HAU and HPC. They will contain full papers effectively presented by their authors during the Seminar, as well as Hanoi Declaration and the list of participants among others.

Authors who were absent and could not present their papers in Hanoi will not be published, according to the rules established by FUUH. Every participant should receive a copy, either as a hard copy or as a CD-Rom.
